MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Every Saint Rizz item is printed specifically for you when you order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check our size guide before ordering.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it at no cost. Email hello@saintrizz.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

WRONG ITEM

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will ship the correct one.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your item has entered production and cannot be cancelled.
