At SAINT RIZZ, every item is made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@saintrizz.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@saintrizz.com. We will ship the correct item as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, SAINT RIZZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, your order has entered production and cannot be cancelled.
